    Eva Air’s frequent flyer program is called the Evergreen Club. It gives additional benefits to its travelers. The program is divided into four classes — Diamond, Gold, Silver and Green. The benefits given vary according to the miles accumulated by the passenger.

Cabin Amenities and Classes

    Eva Air offers four classes on their flights — Economy, Elite/Evergreen Deluxe, Premium Laurel and Super Business Classes.

    Economy Class — this cabin has a 3-3-3 seating arrangement and has seats that have 18.3 inches in width that come with fully adjustable headrests. Seats also have 8.2" touch screen TVs for video, TV and gaming options. Satellite phone communications are also available.

    Elite/Evergreen Deluxe Class — this cabin has a 2-4-2 seating arrangement which makes the aisles more comfortable to pass through. The seats have 38 inches of seat pitch, which means more space for a comfortable travel. Seats have 8.4" touch screen TV for video, TV and gaming. Passengers are offered with exquisite cuisines and amenity kits.

    Premium Laurel Class — this cabin has a 2-2-2 seating arrangement with 62 inches of seat pitch and 22 inches of width equipped with hard shell backs. The spaces provided are more spacious than those seats offered in other first class cabins. Seats have electronic lumbar support that is adjustable. They can be adjusted with a touch of a finger according to the contours of the passenger’s body. This cabin has an on-board bar with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Seats have 10.4 inches of LCD TV with music, movies and TV shows. Satellite service, SMS and email services are provided. Pillows are also distributed. Passengers are offered with the best cuisine in the world.

    Super Business Class — this is only available in the B747-400 aircraft. Seats are positioned 44 inches apart, which gives passengers the space and privacy they need and want. It is complete with in-flight entertainment and meal services similar to the Premium Laurel Class.

Baggage Policy

    For US and Canada destinations, passengers in all classes are entitled to a maximum of two pieces of baggage that should not exceed 62" in overall dimensions and 70 lbs in weight. For non-US destinations, Business Class and Premium Laurel Class have a limit of 66 lbs, while passengers in the Evergreen Deluxe Class, Elite Class and Economy Class have a limit of 44 lbs. A per kilogram fee will apply for excess baggage. These fees vary according to destination. Hand-carried baggage should not exceed 15 lbs.
