Cabin Amenities and Classes

    Hawaiian Airlines offers entertainment services of the most recent films, TV shows and music. The airline charges USD5 for viewing fee for each passenger. Movies available are the most recent ones that passengers will surely enjoy.

    The in-flight menu services are the best of its kind. Special food requests can be booked at least 24 hours prior to the flight. First Class passengers enjoy a seat pitch of 37 inches with a reclining capacity of 11 inches. Coach Class passengers have 30 to 31 inches of seat pitch with a reclining capability of six inches. Flight attendants are friendly, respectful and dedicated.

Baggage Policy

    For each checked bag, there is a USD15 charge and USD25 for the second checked bag (US destinations) while USD17 is charged for each second bag for inter-island destinations.

    Oversized baggage that exceeds 62 inches in total dimensions will be subject for additional fees depending on the destination. Overweight baggage that exceeds 50 pounds but less than 70 pounds will be subject for a USD50 charge. Those bags that are overweight (or more than 70 lbs) will not be accepted inside the aircraft. All baggage accepted inside the aircraft are subject to availability of space. Otherwise baggage will not be accepted for check-in and will be recommended for cargo.

    For hand-carried baggage, a passenger is entitled to only one bag not exceeding 25 pounds with total dimensions of 9"x14"x22". The primary storage area is the space in front of the passenger. The overhead compartments are also available, but are on a first come first served basis only.
