    LOT Polish’ frequent flyer program is called "Miles and More." It is the largest frequent flyer program by far with over 15 million members. This program was launched by Lufthansa and is being used by 13 other airlines that are all members of the Star Alliance.

Cabin Amenities and Classes

    LOT Polish constantly strives to improve the services that they offer. From the menus served to the entertainment facilities available inside the aircrafts, the airline is tasteful, innovative and elegant. For domestic flights, a wide variety of snacks are served. For international flights, complete menus are served. Snacks and refreshments, coffee, tea, wines, champagnes and other beverages are also available.

    Audio and video entertainment is available both for the economy and business classes. Business class passengers are given amenity kits on-board, including priority boarding at the airport. LOT Polish assures its passengers of a safe and comfortable flight.

Baggage Policy

    The free baggage allowance given by the airline is based on the piece and weight concepts. Business class passengers are entitled to 66 lbs of baggage while the Economy Class passengers are entitled to 44 lbs and a limit of two pieces for all classes. The overall size dimension of all baggage should not exceed 158 cm or 62 inches.

    The carrier advises its passengers to pack the baggage in a manner that is required by the airline. LOT Polish will not be liable for the damage of fragile or perishable goods inside the baggage. They will also be not held liable for the loss of valuables such as money, jewelry, commercial samples and important documents. However, the airline will make every effort to secure all baggage.

    Non-standard baggage such as musical or sports equipment may be accepted by the airline, but they should be booked in advance. The admission of these types of items is subject to the availability of space inside the aircraft.
