Cabin Amenities and Classes

    Lufthansa offers Economy, Business and First Class international and domestic flights. The following is a brief overview of the three classes:

    • Economy Class — this class offers comfortable seats which have leg space that measure 40 cm, providing you with enough space to stretch your legs for a more relaxing flight. Menus that suit flight length and destination are offered on-board.

    • Business Class — this class provides the comfort and relaxation that you would ever want in your flight. Seats can be reclined to up to 155 degrees providing you with enough space to sleep and enjoy a relaxing flying experience. Visual and audio entertainment systems are provided, as well as delicious meals that are served on-board. Meals can also be personalized upon your request. All requests should be made 24 hours before the time of departure.

    • First Class — this class provides the best comfort that flight seats can ever offer. Seats can turn into an instant 2-meter bed that you can adjust any time you want. The airlines offer fully reclining seats, with pillows and blankets that are available upon boarding. During long international flights, you can choose among available cinema or video game options to provide you the entertainment that you need while inside the aircraft. The airline also offers first-class menu selections prepared by the greatest chefs of the airline. Wines and other alcoholic beverages are also available.

Baggage Policy

    For the Economy class, each passenger is given 23 kilograms of free baggage allowance for check-in. For the Business and First Class passengers, however, 32 kilograms of free baggage allowance for check-in is given. Individual baggage should not weigh more than 45 kilograms, otherwise, it will not be allowed for check in. However, you may have the option to ship them via cargo.
