Sun Country Airlines Destinations

Pegasus Airlines is a low-cost airline headquartered in the Kurtkoy area of Pendik, Istanbul, Turkey. Founded in 1990, formerly a charter airline in partnership with Aer Lingus, Pegasus is now completely controlled by Esas Holding. Pegasus Airlines formerly operated two Boeing 737-400s which were introduced in 2006. The last of the three aircraft was retired in 2012, leaving the Pegasus Airlines fleet with 59 active aircraft including Boeing 737-800s and Airbus A320s. Unlike most low-cost carriers, Pegasus runs its own flight crew training centre and Maintenance organization, Pegasus Technic. Both centres are fully licensed and are used to train new staff members both on the ground and in the air. Pegasus Airlines was named the cheapest European low cost airlines in a research held in October 2013 and in June 2014.
